READYxWICK for non cotton people
Got my RxW in today! I got 2mm and 3mm. I am currently using 6-7 wraps of 26G at 5/64 or 5-6 wraps of 24G at 1/8th ID. What drill bit size do I want to be using for the 2mm and 3mm? -

I just use a thin strip or 2 of scotch tape on the bottom on my doors, makes them more snug. -

The leaking might be caused by a gasket in the 510, repair kit can fix that. Over tightenting the brass nipple can crack a gasket or other tiny piece I think. Make sure the firing pin doesn't spin freely like others have said, if thats your only Reo then just put it back together, gentle with... -

The battery is rated at 15A. I would not go below 0.3 ohms which is 14A at 4.2volts. Comes out to about 60 watts. Ohm's Law Calculator - Use it, love it, live by it. Please describe the connection issues you're having and stay away from messing with your 510 on the Reo unless you want to send... -

I've followed every page of this thread and I finally just ordered a combo pack from rbasupplies. I'm just tired of re-wicking and constantly being afraid of burning cotton to again re-wick or suffer flavor consequences. -
What causes more "splatter and pop"?
I've really only experiencing the snap, crackle and pop of a coil when using twisted builds. Never with just a single 28G coil at 1 ohm.... It could be indicative of a hot spot and or hot leg thats causing your coil to not heat evenly and the hotter areas are making it pop etc.- tmel

My coils do not heat in sync!
You will want to ensure that both coils are tightly secured to their positive/negative posts. Remove the hot legs by running a smaller diamater drill bit or or rod through the coil after pulsing it.
