Mr. Cookie update ... so after steeping for over a week I loaded this into a dripper and I really like it. :) I feel like its a true brown cookie with butterscotch or caramel chips in it. Its not too sweet for me and the flavor really comes through now, so I am happy. -

If you like a good Vanilla Custard, then you will like this. 5 day steep after sampling FOOB and you'll be rocking. Still the best Custard I have tried, and for me Nicoticket's CLS doesn't at all measure up to it. I find CLS to be too thin in texture to play as a forerunning Vanilla Custard flavor. -
