    I'd go with a Lil Chuck... Uses 16340 batt, so kinda inbetween the 10440 and 18650... Ehhh, but then you'd miss out on 6v, so go with a big Chuck :D

    Yeah, I just bought over $200 worth of blanks from eastmall, so with free shipping it's a true $1 :D healthcabin also has them for a bulk price; last I checked it was a 50 unit minimum for $3.90 each (pack of 5) but no free shipping.

    Dude, don't even bother... the more stuff you put them through, the less they work reliably... just blow them out once in a while and that's about all the preventive maintenance you really need IMHO... and yeah, I've tried just about everything :p

    Don't buy Dekang juice, it's crap. Buy some high nic unflavored and DIY your own... I spent so much money buying bulk Dekang that's just sitting there waiting for expiration now LOL.

    If these are your first, I'd recommend Cignot.com - they sell Joye 510 atomizers at a good price, and ship them out fast. Batteries, I get mine at battery junction.
