    Try dripping initially. Emphasis on less, to ensure they aren't getting flooded. With mine, I found it took quite a while before they started churning out vapor - frustrating to say the least, and confounding, as my first two from Cignot were insane from the get-go LOL... e-cigs are strange...

    If they're heating up, they might just be breaking in. If they're not heating up, you should check the coil resistance and go from there. Might be a bad connection to the battery if that's the case. Staple mod or nudging the positive connector out a bit should do the trick.

    There's been some contention on whether the Xhaler really does vape at 5V. Someone posted a video showing that the plastic cap didn't do anything, and there hasn't been a video showing that it does drop the voltage to 5. Draw your own conclusions ;)
