I guess it's a combo of #2 and #3. AF is a strong flavor. Try vaping VG with a little bit of PG, on and off during the day, to see if it helps. That should pacify the hand to mouth need, if you want to maintain chain like smoking. Rotate with the AF. Maybe unflavored nicotine will help...- GummiBear
