    I don't think there is any draw to activate the battery since it happens in the AFS. I used mine with a manual. It does vape surpisingly well...I ended up being very surprised.

    I put my AFS loaded with a cart on my wifes KR808 battery. It worked pretty good! I left it for my wife to find, "What did you do to my puffer!?" I said, "I made it awesome"

    We need HV cartos too! EDIT: And my luck has run out with 7.4v on V1. They taste burnt again.. I think it was the juice that kept it okay as it was much thicker (waffle juice) but my other juices start to taste like my cooking.

    Actually I want closer to 6v off of two 3.7v batteries for cartomizers. Just because 7.4 makes them burnt. I have no real reason to go to 5v unless I wanted to use stock atties, which I used to do on my V2. 6v carts are perfect for me, I just want to be able to use my Big Storm to vape them...

    Theres a thread stickied in the modders forum to make your own resistor disc, but it looks like it might be a messy project. Might be worth a shot someday if I ever get motivated, but we all know what the chances of me getting motivated are.

    By the gods I will MAKE IT FIT *Hrrrrmph* *BOOM* Seriously, you know what would make me happy? A 3.0v battery like the 18650 that would allow me to vape carts on my Big Storm, this is all I am asking... Or a way to take those 7.4v down a notch.

    I have this problem where I obsessively overtighten, so I feel you on the telescoping thing. But after a while you get the feel for when the resistance is just right, and the telescoping part won't feel loose. When I'm stressed out (like today) I break things... haven't broke my GGTS yet...
