Not sure if this is what you are looking to make. So hope this helps. I made this 2 years ago. Got the bare meter board from madvapes built a wood box and put a momentary switch on it (so I would not accidentally leave it on) Installed 2 rechargeable AAA batteries. Just recharge them every few...
I agree with you. with one exception its not just the top and bottom. all the wood is plywood built around a copper plate shell. And it is not going to be my first choice for another mod because it tends to chip out and does not take stain or poly very well. But I had it and the copper plate and...
I have a feeling something is getting lost in translation.
Not sure what build for Lazy guys means?
As for modify. It already can use any size rda as long as it has a 510 connection.
Absolutely beautiful studiovap. All I could think about after seeing yours is that we should get it together with mine. I think they would make beautiful babies.:D. Here is my latests.
What do you think?
Of course before they consummate mine will have to see what you...
Hey all Thoroughly enjoying this thread and now finally caught up. So can ask a question that I haven't been able to find a answer for. Recently I made 2 bottom feeder mods and had to convert a couple of RDA's to bottom feed. An Igo w and a mini A6 both dual coil. After drilling Positive pin...
Thank you. Yea no matter how hard I try to plan ahead. The first time I make something I always run into something I did not think of. And with hindsight I feel I should have.
Hello again. Just Sharing my latest build. And requesting a little help from my fellow vapers. This is the type of mod where I am completely unsure If people will like it or Hate it or both. So I would very much appreciate as much feedback as possible. Even if you think its the gaudiest POS out...
No I don't mind at all.
Here is what I used have you ever seen a wood furniture plug they are shaped like a mushroom and used to cover screw heads on furniture.Well I took one and sunk a brass nut in it. Then made a spring that fits around the narrow stem. Drilled a hole in the black cap and...
Great job. Very well done Mod. If you had not mentioned it I don't think anyone would have guessed that this is the 1st mod you have done. And from personal experience I would guess the next build is already on your mind.:)
Thanks I will try and answer your questions.
For contacts I used brass plate
The 510 connector is from Madvapes one of there open ones with a stainless steel tube inserted (a 16 gauge needle will do also).
The 510 washer was a 1/2" sweat adapter from home depot...
Until now the bottom feeders I had made used a catch cup. So I was limited to the size of the atomizer I was able to fit on top. With this in mind I set about designing a new mod. I knew I wanted it made of Wood (No Surprise If you have seen my others) and I wanted it to be of a compatible size...
Here is what I do to cut curing time and it seems to work great for me. Line a small box with aluminum foil. Make a simple light from a spare cord and a home depot plastic screw in light bulb base (about $1) Attach a clear light bulb and suspend it so it's about an inch from touching the bottom...
Recently thanks to quite a few DIY recipe posters I discovered FA flavors. So placed an order for 33 FA flavor samples from eliquid mart then after trying them and finding more recipes I wanted to try. Placed and received a 2nd order of 35 bottles. For me It became a pain in the ... to try and...
Thank you JD1 When I ordered it wasn't to sure about the metal drip tip myself but seems to work out no metal taste to my vape. But glad I can switch to plastic if needed.
One more tip: Since this is my first brass mod I had to google how to keep clean. Found one I like and is real simple. Mix...
As long as they are not sopping wet it will be fine. If they are too wet then it will taste a little cottony until your juice replaces the water also won't produce as much vapor as a juiced soaked wick. some people put them in a microwave for a few seconds to dry out faster. Or you could tear...
