VAMMO capping volts and strange ohm reading
I am having an issue with my VAMMO. I gifted it to a buddy and he came to me with the following issues. 1 it is capping voltage around 3.2 3.9 and will not go any higher, 2 it always says "LO OHM" and it dosent matter what kind of carto I put on it, weather it be a clrearo or carto or even atty... -

As we all know, we are here for one reason and one reason only... we all LOVE TO VAPE!!!! It has helped us all in one way or another; so heres my question.
