    Starter kit purchase--missing anything?

    I've been researching like crazy finding tons of options. Noone seems perfect but I think I've finally made my choice. More than I was planning to spend to start but, I'm really dieing to get off these cancer sticks, so hoping to get a kit ASAP and I dont want to end up buying more cigs...
