While some shops claiming the VTC restocking not happening until next Feb, that doesn't stop people from batteries hunting, so I came across this page:

The only branded 18350 I could find locally was some Xtar, and it's listed as Max discharge 4.25A
I have never put anything under 10A in any e cigarette...
