Hi, Have recently purchased a heap of Flavour Art concentrates from RTS Vapes. Have found I have needed to make my mixes between 10-20%. To my understanding that is a much higher percentage than what is normal for most flavours from Flavour Art. I'm sure this would be difficult to answer but...
