    How do I get this site to stop sending me emails on every thread. I dont want the forum to auto email me at all. I want to check it when I check it. I went into settings and unchecked all alerts. Its still sending them. It making me not want to post at all.

    I have read that when you sub ohm, you have to reduce your nicotine. But I have gotten myself down to 6mg. Do I need to go to 3mg? Or does that rule only apply to higher levels of nicotine?
