    Good publicity

This is from the Minneapolis Trib: the comments (except for a few stupid ones) were informed and impressive, with several mentions of CASSA (Sorry, don't know how to do links) Forget smoking - vaping is what's hot...

    My Doctor is HAPPY!

Retired RN here, smoked for 52 years and long ago gave up on ever being able to quit cigarettes, even after diagnosis of COPD. Started e-cigs three months ago just to try to cut down on reg cigs, never expecting to give them up totally, only to find myself amazingly smoke free by the end of...

    Cignot SHINES!

I am old, so I remember the days of excellent customer service quite well. The customer was always right, and providing the best possible service was the standard all businesses strove for. I miss those good old days, but now I get to relive them, having found them resurrected by the the amazing...

    PV's are contagious!

I live in a large Senior apartment complex. I've smoked for 52 years and have COPD and still couldn't quit. Started with PV's a month ago: my only hope for this was to be able to cut down a bit. I'm still stunned to find myself on my 29th smoke free day and so is everyone who knows me! Well...

Hitting a rough spot here, need some advice!

Heavy smoker for 50 plus years, now a month into vaping, first a 510, then on to an eGo. To my surprise, no analogs for over two weeks, which makes me very happy. BUT! I have hit a rough spot here and am getting very frustrated at how much time it is taking me to find this elusive "sweet...

    A Day I Never Thought I'd see!

This is my first smoke-free day in 52 years. I am stunned. After trying every way there is to quit and failing more times than I can remember, I had resigned myself to a future of increasingly severe COPD, and days ahead when I'd be dragging an O2 tank around with me, turning it off only...

    Frustrated Newbie!

OK. I know. It takes time to adapt. But Geeze Louise! If the batteries aren't going dead, the atty needs blowing out , or the prefilled cartridges are going dry! One of these %#@!* batteries only lasts an hour and a half! (of not very heavy vaping, either) (using the 510) I NEED for this to...
