I actually purchased the tank filler from Canvape last order and its been working great. This has been the only tank I had issues with mainly because of the short length. Using it as we speak and have been for weeks now. Off to A&W now.:D

You may have pushed the center pin in too tight. Try taking a paper clip and carefully pry it out while turning it slowly. Should help.
