    I did make the switch cold turkey and have not touched analog since. I think what may have helped was several years ago switching analog brands to Ame**can Sp**it. As they have no additives, the withdrawal effects are likely much less. IMHO YMMW. I now find I even dislike the smell of analog.

    Thanks Lightseeker! I am finding so many benefits to vaping. Primary one is I can vape all day long without my wife asking me to shower or banning me to the guest room like in the bad old smoking days.

    Hello fellow vapers! Max here! I was a light to moderate smoker, but smoke free for 5 weeks. I did some research and chose green smoke, and have been very pleased so far. Its so fantastic to vape in all the places smoke has been banned! And my blood pressure has dropped from 150/100 to 130/80!!
