I agree that sometimes tanks are too stubborn to get apart for refills. I have had to use a pair of pliars on occassion. Lately it always seems that my mini nautilus unscrews the head from base rather than tank from the head. But i digress... i just top off and worry about the head/base...

On the right there is a vision nano tank on a 510 battery. I mainly use that setup when I'm working with my hands. Auto is nice. I also use it on an ego 450mah battery for longer use or backup for when my 510's are done. I like it. Disposable but a decent vape.
