I hear a lot of parts arriving doa and the hassles with suppliers that can ensue. Has anyone received any 510 chargers batts or attys doa.( not including passthru's) anything in the starter kit I have 10 kits with nothing doa..............(or dead in a month of vaping for that matter)...
