    Epm long bottom leaf

OK, here's my take on this one, I just did a small batch. Based on the recipe from the front of this thread. 36 drops dk 555 TPA 12 drops brown sugar TPA 6 drops ethyl maltol TPA 1 drop 50/50 tobacco absolute Azure In14 drops Svedka vodka (all in the batch) 2 drops each wild blueberry...

    Itaste svd vs Provari 2.5

They all have their merits...I protect (uneccessarily) my Provari and I love it. I won't get on a plane with it because of my TSA fears. I will take the natural or SVD likely, certainly as spinner or two. As for what vapers the best, it may be due more to your Atty configuration than...

I like that beauty ring on the SVD, wish the Provari had a similar accessory.

    Itaste svd vs Provari 2.5

Since everyone is talking about it, I couldn't resist adding my two cents... I have a few Leo Pros, Vision Spinners, a Provari, the Natural (I traded my Vamo for it) and I just ordered the SVD kit. I mainly use AGA-T(2) tanks on my Provari and Natural and clearos on my smaller ecigs. I really...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

Sweet...Topfin, got it. You've swayed me. Its still a lot more work than SS but I'll bite for a test drive. I'm hitting PS on the way home then....grrrr! I was gonna chill tonight, wife and kids are visiting the in-laws... Everyone can ignore my previous statement that I wasn't boarding this...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

I've been catching some flack for Jersey joke, thanks for that affirmation! What brand/model or SKU did you get and how long did you spend modding to make 2 or 3? I wasn't looking to buy some big chunks and start sculpting for hours... I have a grinder that I can mount and a few...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

Wow, I think you missed the Dirty Jersey part too...New Jersey doesn't have any non chemically treated rocks, PetSmart is the only place without chemicals on the rocks....no? Not funny. I laughed when typing it... It a NJ joke, where I live...we have more toxic spills than any other 2 states...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

ALL: the following is a joke about my beloved and polluted state of NJ! Please don't think I believe there are chemicals in the fish wicks! To Rockk973, I'm gonna stop at my local dirty Jersey PetSmart and get some too. Apparently, PetSmart has the only non-chemically treated rocks in the...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

Thanks! That's what I'm looking for. But for the question of, is the juice worth the squeeze? I mean, effort wise, the fish wick seems a long ton of work comparatively. Loving my SS, is it worth taking the hours at this stage? I think I figured out the answer for me here. This is great work...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

Thanks gdeal! I was actually looking at a lathe today, but I have a couple of high end 3d printers at work as well as a team of engineers who would be willing to help me out. I do have several tanks and I'm not afraid to cut 1 for a project but that really wasn't the point. This post really...

The Next Big thing.... Porous Ceramic Wicks

I've been reading this thread for a few days now trying to get a handle on whether or not I'd like to give this a go. It certainly seems like a lot of work and I know that everybody's working for a proof of concept but before I enter into the arena of fish wicks can someone who has tried them...

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

I'm so not good at tapa talk and missed this. The 28 g coils have been running for over 2 weeks and now they have seemingly all inched up about .1ohm, not bad. Yes, I'm only using PetarK with cotton. I keep a bit of cotton ball in my wallet should I feel the need to change it on the go, it...

Pros and cons of a Mechanical mod????

I primarily use AGA-Ts with the Vamo & Provari, hybrid SS/Cotton wicks and 28g kanthal coils 8/9 wraps at 1.4 - 1.6 ohm. I've been really interested in the Natural. What ohms am I targetting for a mechanical coils here? 0.7-0.9?

Petar K Method with a hybrid Wick

The 28g kanthal cleans awesome if you pull the wick and dry burn...my turns back to silver from black that way. I just blow it off after the burn....good as new. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

    Stainless Steel mesh, Oxide discussion.

I hear ya. We're way OT since this is supposed to be about the Cr(vi) issue. I was only addressing a hybrid because of the straight-up oxidized SS wick mess we're in now. Thanks though...I'll be checking out your thread next. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2

    Stainless Steel mesh, Oxide discussion.

I hear you, but at 1.4-1.6o and 4.6v or 9.0w, I don't even need a primer puff, I'm popping, cracking and sizzling in a second. My thoughts were that SS takes a lot to get cooking, I needed surface area. I'm getting huge clouds. I'll admit it though, the AGA is a LOT of cold steel and the vape...

SmokTech The Natural - New mechanical device

I've tried this, its too much cotton for me, seriously, just tear off a small bit and stretch it out, you'll be able to see right through it and it'll only make the non oxidized SS a hair thicker. When it gets tight, you twist it like the coil is a threaded hole and you're screwing the wick in...
