    My advise, SMOKE. But vape in between. That is what I did and now after about 3 weeks I don't have a pack of cigs with me, and I am not freaking out. I did not "allow" myself a certain number per day, I smoked when I wanted a cig. After a while I would smoke half and throw it out, last week...

    I think it is a little different for everyone. I smoked a pack of Kools a day, started at 18 mg and feel like I need to go up. Waiting on some 24 mg, we'll see if that does the trick.

    Should have tried turning off the A/C before I posted. Worked that time and it was AWESOME. Now I am HOT, well... no hotter than going to the porch to have a regular smoke. COOL... just did it again.
