That's funny, because i get noticeably longer run times with my efest "35 amps" than my vtc5's. I haven't checked the battery readings as it gets low though.

I just double checked that. It's actual limit is 5.5 volts, meaning it can really only push 100 Watts at .3 or below. I looked at that mod too. I liked that it gave you a lot of info on the screen, but with it's limitations and unknown accuracy of the chip, i decided to get the sig.

The sig had a max voltage of about 8.1-8.5 volts out, which means it can fire at 100 Watts almost up to.7 ohms before hitting it's limits. The Gi2's limit is i believe 7 volts, so you have to be at .5 or lower to use it's full potential. Plus the mystery chip just bothers me a little. I'm glad...

The sig 100 isn't really small. It takes 2 x 18650's (in series, aka "stacked") so it's about as wide as 3 would be and slightly taller. It's 4"x 2 1/2" x 1" roughly. Build-wise though it seems excellent. Solids aluminum body, adjustable 510. I love mine. There aren't many single battery mods...

That is used to turn your mod into a power supply to charge something else, ie. a cell phone. It doesn't charge the batteries in the mod.

It's just twice the battery life, not the current. Twice the current requires the batts to be in series (like stacking batts in a tube mod), parallel gives you twice the run time.
