Does anyone have this? Does it shut off the power when the battery gets to 3.2 v? Does it protect the device from shorts and such? Is it worth buying if you use a mech mod?

The reason I ask is on a few youtube reviews I have watched the screen on the eVic is clear and bright, but the one I just go it is a very dim screen and kinda hard to see. It all works fine, and I can connect it to my computer for all the info. Has anyone had this problem with a dim screen?
