I should have said this is a v1 with the thumb nuts that holds the coil down and the pics are looking inside the bottom base :) .... i put some new insulators in and all seems well!!

I pulled the positive screw out and it looks like the insulators are in need of a changing.. ill post back if everything works out. Thanks jrs99 for the tip :)

I seem to be having problems with my spheroid. The center post is touching the ground screw and shorting out, you can see the discoloration in the pics. Any advice on how i can get this bad boy up and running again? :(
