    well update time !! i did go back to smokes ...... i felt bad but then reading here i stopped feeling guilty... things got 100 times worse and i found it hard to cope .... GOOD NEWS IS im back to the vape tomorrow....hope its as easy to stop again ..? i think its somthing i had to do to get...

    Everyone thank you all !!! So kind and thoughtful replies which have helped me a lot today reading them all ...I went to 24mg today and has helped me a lot .... I'm still constantly hitting it but seems different as not so strong a crave today ! No smoke and that's because of you amazing people...

    Hey well i have had 1 bit of bad news (dad has liver cancer and bowel cancer) i was shocked as he was so fit he ran london marathons and ny marathons for years and years he has the lowest pulse rate ever ..so yea ..then personal bad news close family again ..im vaping like their is no tomorrow...

    Hey everyone :-) Their is so much conflicting information out their as to the standard volt of a standard ego.... half say 3.2 others say 3.7 Which is the true volt of an ego ?? And can you up the volt on a tank as in ego t ..the ones with the Atty and little carts that go in the top ???

    Thanks very much for that ...so its a defo genuine thing with the Nova ....i have tried many different ce4 brands but they ALL do the same ...dry hits or break ....bottom fed ones would work kinda like the rok star tank which is bottom fed but even thats not without problems ....:-)

I have tried 100% pg also 50/50 also 70/30 and still dry hits ...even fresh battery's still the same problem :-( its really getting...
