Honestly I would just return and replace. Later on when you get better with the technical aspect of ecigs you can play around but I mean its not worth the hassle. This stuff is really cheap to buy compared to smoking. I commend you on your decision to quit and wish you the best of luck!!!

So basically you were like me.....driving=smoke, food=smoke, stress=smoke, and "oh look a bird" = smoke. I had the craziest triggers to take a puff and never realized it till I started vaping!!!!! I still leave the window down while driving cause of the kiddos, and my place of work looks at it...
