Thanks Imeo, my initial concern was that the spring was too thick to act as a fuse.

Yes that happened to me when I had a short on the Ody. The hot button gives a great warning system, however for some reason I still want the fuse protection.

Bought it off the classifieds on ECF. 18350 imr fit ok with the fuse. I can see how the battery spring is a lot less hassle though.

I have a couple of Stealths. The one from COV's has the below battery spring. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere but does this act as a fuse? TIA.
