What i meant was, you need more volt than 4.1. For example with a vv mod or by stacking batteries.

With round about 2" you are at .7 ohm. The factor now is, with tripleAWG32 you have nearly a solid bar. You need more than the 4.1 volts of a single fresh charged battery.

Oh yes, i did some more calculations and: you need 12 Ampere to run this coil. Or more exactly, this coil is drawing 12 Ampere out of your battery.

I did a quick calculation: 32 AWG = 0.2mm 0,2mm Kanthal -> 42,79 ohm per meter triple twist 0,2mm Kanthal -> 14,26 ohm per meter divided by 40 -> 0,35 ohm per 2,5cm/1inch This is not longer low resistance, it is ultra low resistance or maybe makro resistance. :blink::tongue:
