I find that sometimes while using the carto,liquid leaks from below.in some cases merely just a small leakage but on bad days,leakage is very heavy.My tank can be empty in an instance.The leakage drips from below where the threading is at. I hope someone can share what to fix or any advice...

I recently bought vivi nova and stv nova at diff periods and realize that both of the tank,have me a burn taste.i need advice on this.tried changing wick,but to no avail,burnt taste is still there.is there a mass vivi nova defect?
