A first idea will be tried on monday. Depending on a possible redesign of the top cap too, I think 1-2 weeks to accomodate for testing too. I will try to make at least a few units from the tried and tested nickel plated brass.

I got into a problem folks. The test JD's were made from aluminum and the final ones should have been made from stainless steel. It turns out it's not possible to make them from SS the way I designed them so they need a redesign to make them from SS.
