The only time that I've my true has leaked was when I hadn't closed the top fill cap completely. It looked closed but it needed a little more of a turn. I know that this seems obvious but it's worth checking.
I've been using mainly mesh in BF atomiser for the last couple of years and decided to try RTA's again.
I received my true yesterday, cleaned it and coiled/wicked it. I used a 2mm I/d coil and cotton bacon that I've had for years.
I filled the tank and the juice leaked out. So I lifted the coil...
That's what I've been doing. My preferred build is with a 2mm drill but like kas, I find that there is not enough cotton over the juice holes to prevent leaking. Using the surplus pieces of cotton I've been getting great flavour and no leaks.
After a week using the VapeShell I am an extremely happy customer. I've been vaping at around 12 watts using the smallest insert and I haven't had a single dry hit, no gurgling and no leaking whatsoever.
If Atmizoo make a rev3 version, I'll be using them in all of mine.
Atmizoo have been using GMT (London) time for their sales.
According to their FB page the next release will be set to cater for American customers.
Early impressions are still very good using the vape shell. I left it overnight with a little juice in the tank and this morning I've had no leaks...
They are due to go on sale tomorrow at 08.00 GMT
I received mine today and have just built it. Early impressions are very good. The flavour is superb, the build was pretty straightforward.
I will have to fiddle with the AFC. The AFC ring does seem to be a little bit loose, I used the smallest...
They said that there was 150 orders with a maximum 2 per order so I would guess about 250.
I was refreshing my page for 2 and a half hours so was very relieved to get my order in.
What does the display show when it stops firing ?
Do you get a blank screen or the "check atomiser" message ?
If you can rule out a bad neg path through the atty/carto (it happened to me before) and the battery is ok, then it will probably need returning.
The question that I often ask myself is, would I stop vaping if it was proved that vaping was harmful and my answer is the same has when I smoked with the known health risks, no I wouldn't. I thought that I was going to die a smoker.
If there would have been a safer way to smoke, I would have...
I received my RNB blem this week, I'm still trying to find the blemishes:lol:
I was aware that I'd have to pay customs and handling charges so I wasn't shocked when I had to pay £47 to collect it.
I wasn't sure wether I'd like the Rev4 has I like the Rev3's design but so far I'm loving it. Being...
I've been using SC tobacco concentrates for a few years now.
If you like the flavours you will find that they are really easy to mix. They are ready to vape almost straight after mixing and they are very strong, only needing 2-3% flavouring.
Me 4
I've always been a MTL (tootle puffer) vaper but it was the BB that got me into pre made coils. Before that I was using squonkers and gennies.
I tried TC and it worked well but not really better than kanthal for me.
I made a sleeve for one of my DIY squonkers before, I must admit that I no longer use it.
It was made from a thin leather and just glued down the seam. It was really easy to make.
