Kanger gets my vote - Extra glass tank, spare o rings and a rebuildable section for when you get tired of shelling out $$ for replacement heads. For what you pay for it it's a great deal IMO.

While the Provari has tons of protection built in it's still best to use a quality battery so kudos for asking :)
I would recommend the tried and true AW IMR batteries. RTD vapor is a very well trusted seller of batteries and is where I buy mine (many of us do)

I set my wife up with a Provari and a Nautilus 6 months ago and she loves it. I've used it myself a few times and it's a solid setup. I would recommend it to any new vaper.
