I read a post by him recently that says it could take over a week these days due to "life" I'm patiently waiting too! Classifieds are screaming my name!
Congrats on quiting! This forum is awesome, so much good advice and great ideas!
One thing is it's addictive and fast moving, always something new and interesting out there, can get expensive if your not careful. Either way, better than smoking!!
Great starter setup:
Ego twist for variable voltage
Vivi Nova head for clouds of vapor
I would get two batteries, one to use, one on charge!
That was my starter setup, and I will still use it now and then.
Good luck and try to stay warm!
Sanding down the bottom of the cap is an excellent idea, never thought of that after tank fulls of vapor thinking about how to get the hole to line up. Awesome idea! Five stars for you!
I went through the same thing. At first the cape tasted like crap, then I switched flavors, found ones I liked, and a few days later began to taste bad. Very dry mouth and food even tasted bland. Went away about a month later. Hang in there!
I got a COV Gen 1 to start with, some things bug me about it, yet I love it more than the carto's I used to use. Good cheap device to get your feet wet!
Never thought about it that way! I'm going straight to my Local vape store, pick up my favorite juice and set them little guys away for a bit! Thanks Robino1!
My early mistakes were not having a spare atty and battery. One Saturday night I broke my atty and had to wait until Monday before the local vape shop was open. Ouch, almost went and got a pack of analogs! I held out using 7-11 bought e-cigs at $11 a pop.
You can also play with the coil to give a little more adjustment, thicker or thinner wire, 3/4 wrap or 4/5. Changing the resistance will change the vaping watts! The formula is Volts x Volts / Ohms = Watts
I used to use about three ml's a day when I was vapin my ego with a carto, now I'm about 6 ml's a day using a RBA and some more power. Massive clouds of vapor are worth the extra juice :) I did cut down in the nic from 24mg to 18mg since I switched to a stainless wick, seems like it's almost to...
Good for you Ken!!! I smoked cigarettes for 22 years before I decided to switch, loved it the minute I started and never looked back! I'm starting to become a vapin geek myself and love the VV mods and making my own "custom" coils.
Keep vapin!
Congrats on the ProVari, I'm still saving for mine!
I never gave a thought about the plastic tank on the AC9, good catch! The big reasons I want a different atty is first I've become a vapin "geek"... :-) u Second is the tank on my current one is stainless steel and I can't see the fluid level (just bugs me) Third the tank is only about 2 ml's...
I have been vapin for about six months and love it! I just switched to stainless a steel wick atomizer and have to say WOW! what a difference! I love it and the flavor it produces! My local Vape store "Vapin in the Cape" gave a free genisis style atomizer at a free vapin class and now I want to...
I felt the same exact way! I started with a few different tobacco blends, and after a few tank fulls, I wanted to puke..lol. I quickly moved on to fruit flavors and now hooked on Vapin in the Capes premium "Mountain Dew" 18 MG. Love the taste and massive clouds of vape with killer throat hits!!!
