I'm about to buy a new mod and I'm down to two options. One that hits like a freight train and the other that hits like a mac truck. Is one generally better than the other, or is it more of a subjective thing? Also, I already have an RBA that hits like a mac truck, so would it be problematic...

I wonder how well one of these would fit down in the top ring of an evic. I think it would add some nice curves and look especially sharp on a black evic if does fit well. Anybody tried one?

I know they work, but my protanks, one in particular, don't work to well. Not enough vapor. I'm uncertain because all my eVod heads are rebuilds, so that could be the problem. But I never had a problem with my rebuilds in eVods. Are eVod heads in protanks finicky?

Ya, that's kinda vague, but I guess I'm asking what can go wrong. Maybe it's just dead (?) FWIW, this is a Sig Kick clone. The rest of the chain works fine; no kick I get a vape, insert kick and I get nothing. I've gone back and forth several time to make sure it's not just coincidence...

Is it just me, or do you too have volt meter gnomes that come in at night and tie your probe wires in knots? Every time I go to use it the wires are a tangled mess. :censored: It's not like I run it through the washer and dryer or something. Gnomes. Gnomes I tell ya.:glare:

I love the look of the #23, except, hopefully just the photos. The photos make it look about as shiny as polished SS. But I'm pretty sure from the texture it's standard 'machined' or 'brushed' SS. Anybody have one? Does it perform well and feel good? TIA

I'd like to buff down the shininess of the chrome so it doesn't look too pretty/fancy/shiny on an apv made with machined stainless. I just don't know if sandpaper is the wise way to go (?) Has anybody else dulled down a Protank? TIA

I'm still fighting my genny style wrap and have seen/read most of the "how to's". I'm thinking if I knew what was causing hot spots I'd have a better shot at remedying them. Is the wire too loose? too tight? poorly spaced wraps?

I'm not talking about a single click to bring the screen back on. I mean after it's set a while and gone to sleep or it's been powered off. Seems that sometimes it will light up with 3 clicks, sometimes 4, or 5, or even 6.

Every tutorial I see just seems to take the wrap for granted. The drill bit technique makes sense, but I don't have a bit or pin that matches the hole size. I'm trying to wrap the SS wick, insert it, then clamp the pos and neg ends. Is that just not gonna work?
