So, for those of you with the Gourmet Honey, what non-tobacco things are you using it in? I just mixed up a small batch at 1 drop per 2ml, and it's pretty floral-y. Much more like honeysuckle than rich, gooey honey.

Just in case the hoarders here need a little extra encouragement: 3 drops of gourmet caramel in a 12oz cup of coffee is a damn fine way to start the morning.

Got my order in this past weekend of three new (to me) Gourmet flavors...Cake, Chocolate Truffle, and Caramel. Still trying to find the sweet spot for Truffle and Caramel - initially mixed them at 1 drop per 2ml. They both taste *good* but they need a little something. Not bad when mixed 50/50...
