I bought a used Paps Lux SS 18500 which I think is great. I ordered a brass 18650 tube from SS Vapes that arrived quickly and looks great. Happy with the trial order I placed another order for tubes and a brass Lux 18500 V3.
My vape mail came today and inside the holster marked GP Lux 18500 is...
I picked up a clone of the Atmomixani 69 telescopic mod and have fell in love with the side button firing. However, I did not like the switch throw. First I took the switch apart and polished the guide hole for the switch pin. Next I sanded the switch pin end lightly for a smooth movement...
I picked one of these up a while ago - so far I like it - I am only using a one coil build for MTL hits on my SCA-3 box to go through less juice than I went through with that mod's supplied atty. It does squonk fine with ths mod too.
The build deck wants thick wire but will work with my 30...
Since getting a bottom feed box lately I started paying attention to things BF related. One of those things is the Fountain V2 Style RTA Bottom Feeder Atomizer. It was a $12 purchase, an easy one to stomach if it sucks I figured. I have to admit I like it.
If I was doing it again and just...
I saw this pop up on focalecig - there isn't much info available though. I searched and found F3 vapes has it too along with the 40 watt version:

I was goofing off at the lunch table with the family trying to fit a drinking straw to vape through into the Tobeco KFL+ drip tip well for laughs. I couldn't get it to fit so I started looking for other tubes that might work - while looking I took an instinctual vape from my tip-less Tobeco and...
I swapped the hard drive in a friend's laptop recently. I kept the dead drive but didn't really pay it any attention. I was about to trash it but decided to gut it first. Many of the little screws match up with the threading for my RBA posts. Hope this helps someone source some quality screws...
I don't see much said about this mod - it's a sleeper I guess. Mine cost $19, so I wasn't expecting much. It hits good, has buttery threads as well as a decent magnetic switch, and works good out of the box. I modified my switch by adding a washer between the copper (plated?) bottom pin and...
My Russian 91% clone from Desire ecig is heavier and looks better built than my Tobeco KFL+ clone, but for the past couple weeks it has been a terrible experience. I tried several different builds but the wicking was lacking and the hit was nothing like my Tobeco. I can't stand something that...
I took out the air flow adjustment set screw on my Tobeco KFL+ clone and my whistle went away - it opened up the draw a good bit (but not too much) for me too.
I ordered this from Desire e-cig back on January 22nd and it hit the mailbox today - 14 days from Paypal to delivery - pretty quick IMHO. The Atty is designed for top filling, which is nice. The threads are very precise through out as well. The star of the show is the knurled air flow control...
Ever build without wrapping any coils? I call this the non-o-coil. I took a little over an inch of 32g Kanthal (1.2 ohm per inch) and connected the ends to my atty posts. Next I shoved a wad of cotton between the post and the wire (so 1/2 a coil?) and dripped some juice. It works.
I built a 1.6 ohm coil from 30 gauge Kanthal I wrapped on an 18 gauge blunt needle - I pulled 2 strands of 1 mm silica wick through this coil and mounted it on my drilled out Nimbus clone dripper. I have a pipe stem I like to use instead of a drip tip - might not be important but that is what...
