I steeped ground red pepper (not the hottest one) in PGA and extremely diluted the extract. Start w/ extract well below 0.01% and work up. So far the red pepper TH is smoother than black pepper TH. I like the black pepper flavor more than red. Be careful playing w/ peppers.
