Could it be possible that people are using the same oxidation process and since the mesh is less dense at 200 it is getting properly oxidized since there are less strands? VS the denser mesh at 500 which may need a little more time with a torch to be properly oxidized?

I have not seen this. Non-replaceable drip tip is my only gripe with the t3. Other than that just the occasional gurgle which is usually quick resolved.

Mine does the same. It goes back to a default value when you switch.

When the t3s work well they are phenomanal. When they fail its epic. I have not had any of the issues brought up in this thread and the others but am just counting the days :(
