AFAIK most salt juice is 50/50 vg/pg. Perhaps these coils can't handle juice that thin? I'm using 65/35 with the VM6 coil @ 60-70W and have no issues. It's loud but doesn't spit or anything. How are you not getting nic sick with 20mg juice @ 70W though?

I decided to try salt nic as well in my DIY and I totally get what you mean. I do like the effect of salt nic but it does feel like something is missing. Might try a mix of freebase and salt once I drop back down to 3mg.
