What I think is nice for a carto and has a clean look is the atmomixani loki tank, also the gp salt and pepper tank. Look into those.

I honestly dont think you guys need to worry about ecigs getting banned since big tobacco is jumping into the game. Newport brand has bought out the blu brand e cigs and who knows whos next to jump in? Stocking isn't a bad thing unless theres an expiration date on it :)

I highly doubt when the bottle is labeled 6mg of nic, it is per ml of liquid... so 60mg of nic in 1 bottle is probably near overdose... can you imagine 18mg nic users??? That'd be poison! Also 6mg doesnt mean 6% of the liquid in there. Nicotine actually helps you focus and has some advantages...

I wouldn't necessarily call it an upgrade if you went from a provari to a nemesis clone... but its into a new world though. I think if you're on a budget, the clones are a good way to go. Kayfun lite is probably the best vape and most affordable you can get and looks good on a nemesis :)

Theres a e juice vendor in isreal called yaelik or something like that, that sells 100ml bottles of liquid for $28 shipped. I hear good things but I haven't tried it myself. As far as building supplies (if you're rebuilding), ebay is your best friend. I dont think you'll need to buy bulk e cigs...
