depends on what you're looking for i prefer mech over anything i get way more performance from my EA than my vamo aslo theres no protection so i can use sub ohms on a mech which a vv/vw device won't work with.

You can have most things shipped to you, but make sure that your juices are put in individual zip lock bags. The heat will thin them out and if they leak it'll go every where. Best thing to do is have it shipped to family or a friend have them repack it and send it in a care package
