It's only been in there over a year. I have a hard time swapping them out, so I just charge via USB. I have a couple other mods that rip my battery wraps if I remove them ,so I also charge them by USB, also. Not a big deal, really, just frustrating. :) ETA: Computer USB is what I use for...

OMG, I finally got it....after beating it against a towel repeatedly. The actual dimensions of Samsung 25Rs are a bit bigger than some other 18650s and it's not the first time I've had this problem. But I never learn and loaded up a fresh one, so I get to do this again next year.....

I'm experiencing a similar issue on one I've had for about 5 months. My screen does not show when I hit the fire button. But sometimes I can hit the button for a second and it will appear so I can get my battery level. I do not have the technical ability to disassemble a mod. My first thought...
