Alien Visions Blend 4. Substantial tobacco flavor with a subtle smokiness on the finish. Very slight fruity (sour? apple) and nutty (hazelnut?) notes keep this one interesting. Excellent throat hit. Performs beautifully in a LR cartotank on a standard eGo battery. Another home run from...
Congrats on your first few days. I recently got some 3% (30mg?) juice from intellicig.com. I heartily recommend this juice for someone trying to stop analogs; it packs a serious punch, and tastes pretty good, too. I actually got a nicotine buzz after vaping a few minutes.
I'm liking these Boge LR cartos a lot. I've read a lot of good things about ikenvape cartos, so I might give them a try when I make my next round of orders.
Virgin vapors dark side of the moon. This chocolate tobacco blend is a serious winner. My sole complaint is that it's a little grassy after steeping about 6 weeks. I really wish I'd picked this one back up after a month. Time to order another bottle and do it right!
A few more notes... The...
Alien Visions' C&D. Tastes like primarily like chamomile tea to me, which is to say it doesn't have a very strong flavor at all. There may be a tiny bit of tobacco, but it's certainly not a very pronounced. There is also a very, very faint plum note on exhale. Great throat hit @18mg. Maybe...
Yup. I went in to a store I occasionally stop at for gas and almost, habitually, asked for a pack of smokes. It was quite a liberating feeling to remind myself that I'm not smoking cigs any more! Old habits die hard, indeed.
I had a similar issue and using non- or low-PG juice solves it for me. It seems like the PG sort of expands once it hits my throat/lungs and makes me want to cough. Another option is to not inhale the vapor into your lungs at all. Just pull the vapor into your mouth, hold it there for a few...
Congratulations on your first (hopefully second!) day of not smoking. Boba's Bounty is a delicious vape!
I'd tried to stop smoking, sometimes more seriously than others, a dozen or so times over the past few yers. Nicotine patches were equally ineffective: I'd have a patch on each arm and a...
If you are using low resistance coils (1.5-1.8ohm), and your coil is clean/fresh, you will rarely need to use more than 3.2-3.4v. The variable voltage, in my experience is most useful (if not required!) when using higher resistance (2.0+) coils...or when a low res coil starts to get gunked...
All things considered, this is my favorite setup: eGo Twist 1000mah, generic tank, Boge LR carto.
My only complaint is that it doesn't completely fit in some of my pants' pockets. Maybe I'd be better off using a 650mah battery since I end up carrying two of these setups (with different juices)...
The closest analog replacement I've found is a blend of three vaperite juices: 6 parts perique NET (Natural Tobacco Extract) + 3 part organic tobacco NET + 1 part (or maybe less...) Rou's hazelnut tobacco.
The perique is amazing on its own, but is a little "dry" tasting, but adding a bit of...

I recently got a few boxes from there and haven't had a single dud carto out of the six I've tanked up.

Vaperite perique with a bit of the organic mixed in with it. Definitely the most can convincing analog replacement I've tried. Bitter smoky tobacco at its finest. Perfect vape with a pint of ale. Well done Vaperite dudes. Well done. It does seem to be clogging the carto faster than other...
virgin vapors frankenjuice: 7 parts world's best organic tobacco (steeped over a month), 1 part dark side of the moon, 2 parts thrilla in vanilla. This stuff is so goooooooooooood. The extremely complex plain tobacco now has a little too much wet hay flavor on the exhale, which I fixed by...
