i know it's not the same, but have you tried using a non-nic liquid for a couple days to see if nic is the problem? else i'd say you're reacting to the PG or something else in the e-liquid. might help to narrow it down.

I have the npro and i like it (I also have a 901 and a Janty KB yentl). The npro produces great amounts of vapor for me and the feel and size is nice. If yours is producing wimpy vapor, there is a problem, in which case, let them know so they can figure out what's wrong or replace it for...

i'd say the less packaging, the better. i'm fine without all the fancy packaging and boxes within boxes within boxes (wasteful). just one box is fine and some newspaper or bubble wrap to keep things from getting damaged during shipping. that's my 2 cents.

i had nothing to lose with 2 pretty much dead atomizers. it brought one back to life, did nothing for the other. i boiled water in a pan and lowered the atomizers int he water, but kept them on a slotted spoon, boiled for a couple minutes.
