Pete, have you thought about putting two 2xAA covered boxes together back-to-back? I think that's the the solution your looking for.

What's the back log like on the 510's? How long will I have to wait? Hopefully not as long as I've been waiting for batteries from DX!8-o

The 510 gets hot fast and tastes burnt. Works great at 4.2v though.
