    Dripping Options

My first rebuildable dripper was a Octopus and it was super easy to do. Currently, I've built (at least once) nearly every dripper under $50 and some above that. My favorite is a Igo L. It's great for a single coil and I can build a really great hitting atty on it using twisted 26 gauge. I would...

    Any truth to the Rumor?

The rumors here have been an April release of FDA Regs, but there's a couple different parties of opinion on what those regs will be. I will say that I was in Nashville this past wednesday at the hearing to differentiate electronic cigarettes from tobacco products and the bill was removed...

    Fasttech Origin Clone 18500 mode

It depends on if your Aqua clone came with the hybrid pin. Without it, there has to be adjustment for battery rattle by moving the Delrin ring on the bottom. With the hybrid pin, you should be able to use a flat top, without, you're better off going with a button top. Hope this helps!

anyone here worried about the flavoring chemicals getting into your lungs?

Apparently there's an issue with that second business, so you'll have to check out AEMSA yourself for the full list.

anyone here worried about the flavoring chemicals getting into your lungs?

I would say that North American companies are more definitely better than Asia liquids, just because some countries really do not care WHAT they put in the juice. I'm no more concerned with the flavoring that is in my vape than I am with the steroids in my beef, the chemicals in Mt Dew, the...

    vamo upgrade?

From experience, steer clear of Evics, they're very fragile. But if you're willing to carry it like a thin shelled egg, they do have great "gadgets" to them. SOme you'll find useful and some not. Also, Evics have a bad drop rate. What it says your firing at, Volts or Watts and what's actually...

    mechanical or vv vw mod?

Different strokes for different folks. I have VV mods and Mech mods. The mech's are great because there's only so many parts in them that can go bad, so they're easy to tinker and fix. I melted the button out of my Roller Clone (#20 referenced above) and just drilled it all out and put a horn...

    nicotine mg levels

The "rule of thumb" (no Boondock Saints quotes, please) that I've heard is that 6mg is a light smoker or an ultra light user. 12 mg is a nearly a pack a day or Lights user. 18mg is a Pack a day, full flavor. 24 is over a pack a day or filterless/etc. Seems about right to me. I started at 24 and...

Kanger evod clear & ego twist vv

I've had some Kanger stuff that will gurgle and leak, like nothing else, then I've had some that have never had the first bubble. I think it's the lack of QC in a lot of the Chinese products. Also, try relaxing your draw. Don't hit it like a wet cigar, smooth slow inhale. And FYI, Evods are...

Discussion : How do you enjoy your vape?

Chain maille. A whole bag of rings and a fully loaded PV and I'm good for the evening. :)

    Buttom Button Mech Mods

Yeah, Puresmoker was my first thought for that price. BUT, I'm a Sigelei fan too, just for the ability to tinker. If you don't like to tinker, probably not a good bet.

For Ex Heavy Smokers Or Anyone Do U Tend To Chain Vape When Sitting Around

I was near 2 packs a day, I chain vape to the point that I have to remove a half strand out of Protank heads because I'll dry hit it. So, yeah, when I'm at my comp, it's even worse. But it is just so much more enjoyable. I've dropped relatively quickly from 24 to 12 and drip 6 for the hotter...

    FYI on the Kangertech Protank......

KangerTech's own website describes them as "Protank Clearomizer (glass and iron made) heating coil is replaceable" Stainless steel is a iron alloy, so that would make sense. Brass is copper and zinc alloy. Are you sure you didn't get the clone from Kamry?

Hey Dave, I'm the bug guy that met u at the first meet in Knoxville in March. you showed me an awesome battery meter and I think you later sold it to Nick. Was wondering if you had made more and if you were willing to part with another and to see if you are going to be at the meet on Sunday...

    The iGo L

I prefer the Octo, but I have mine drilled with a 5/32nds top hole angled down to the wick. It allows me to drip with smaller tips and not have to worry about juice hitting my lips. Plus it is deliciously simple and once those air holes are lined up... wow. Now, that being said, I like the IgoL...

What is your vaping habit like?

Depends wholly on the device and set-up I'm using. It can be as little as a couple drops in a 510 carto to a tank full in the RSST. And I may have to fill more than once a day. Dripping on 5 Volts on the Octo with a dual coil was costing me about 10 mls a day... So, there's the variances. But...

New to vape, wondering about vendor/ejuice

Most vendors will have the mix and the nic level on the bottles. If they don't, I agree with an e-mail to them. I use MtbakerVapor.com and they're all printed on there. In fact, I don't know that I've ever had a vendor that it wasn't printed on.

How do you guys prime your cartos?

I blow into mine when they're fresh, it makes the juice that puddles up top soak down. And once you have it nice and primed, you can hear it start sputtering out of the air holes at the bottom, you know you're ready to go. Quick wipe off, and insert in tank or thread on directly and I've never...

How much have you spent on devices to date ?

I've spent about $500 in 10 months. My cigarette cost for the same period of time would be about $1250.00. So, even adding in another $100-200 on juice and gimmicks (I love gimmicks), I'm still ahead.
