This is supposed to stop the charging when its running the test. But it gives small amounts of charge and the case slowly heats up when its supposed to be cooling. Any ideas? This is my first dna mod. Attached is pic.
What is the resistance of the topper?
How many watts are you using?
What is the TC material you are using? (SS/Ni/Ti/Zr)
.110 ohm
80 watts
dual coil 316l ss 22g spaced coil
Ive tried locking and unlocking the coil. At 450 temp I get barely any vapor and just plain 80 watts non TC is way better.
Every device I own does this and it has to be some error im making across all my different devices when I try temp control. I have my mod set to 580 and it ramps up very rapidly to max and stops making vapor. This mod (espion) with a red panda firmware is supposed to be good at tc and it does...
I am new to TC vaping. I saw on djlsbvapes that he shows what a particular TCR value reads at temperature wise for a lot of mods. My question is how could I do this on my own? I have looked at laser pointer heat guns and thermocouple meters but am unsure if either would work to measure a coil...
still no charge after on all night. Found this and am wondering if I need to disconnect a black wire and connect to battery?
White is your power out ... connection to center pin of your connector
Red ... Battery + (positive) connection
Black ... Battery - (negative) connection...
I built my first box mod today with the sx350 from varitube and their hana clone kit. Everything works great except the usb charger. the light turns red but the battery voltage never goes up. its been on charge for 3-4 hours and still at 3.9 volts where I started. Am I jumping the gun here...
Im running a single parallel coil on my kayfun. 28g and .67 ohm. best coil ive tried with a mechanical. Only tricky part is getting both wires under the small screws. Need some 26g so I can go through the holes on the side.

that video isnt bad but I still cant see how the center pin moves up or down. I think the smok zmax is completely different cause I dont see a grommet only a wire that connects to the center (pin).
I hit the fire button and I always get 'low load'. Same with having nothing attached. Tried several known good atomizers with same result. Is is salvageable or is it junk?
I have the natural and I love the look and feel of the mod but im getting a really high voltage drop. In the range of 3.2 to 3.3v with a full battery. Ive sanded down the contacts to brass but still terrible volt drop. any suggestions to bring this mod out the graveyard?
