    Id say go with the V3 or if you dont want to deal with external batteries the Ego V2- Mega [passthrough and lightweight] is pretty sweet it doesnt read ohms though. Thats what I have used for the last year and the V2- Mega is still going strong. I just keep it plugged into a charger in my truck...
