Just wonder if we have to watch the pH level closely when we do our DIY. I ain't trying to be scientific in here as my last Chemistry class was close to 30 years ago. I am just curious since in some threads people tends to discuss about pH level.

Little bit confused, first time DIY. If I want to make a 70:30 PG/VG ratio, since the VG is only 30%, is water/pga/vodka necessary? What is the rule of thumb in terms of % of water as compared to % of VG? Is it 10% of distilled water when the VG level is 50%?
