I'm non-military so no APO/FPO/etc. I order all my stuff from the big Chinese vendors and have never had a problem with customs. Not sure on the actual legality of juice with nicotine in Japan. I imagine that it's illegal for retailers to carry juice with nicotine as it's treated as a drug...

If you're talking about the flavorings that HC sells on their site, then no. It's just a concentrated flavoring. You add it to unflavored Nic juice or pure PG/VG if you want 0 Nic stuff.

You'll probably start liking the flavored stuff more after a few more weeks vaping. I know it took me a while to warm up to them. I agree that they aren't really all day vapes tho.
