This was about 4-5 years ago. I was full swing into vaping, rebuilding, mechanical, all that stuff, and I'd just introduced my sister and her husband to vaping by buying them both REO Grands.
My brother in law calls me a couple days later. He had decided to try his hand at building a new coil...
Probably not. Suppliers like that usually have a MOQ (minimum order quantity). Looks like theirs is 50 pieces, at least on the couple batteries I checked.
Just depends on you and what you want from your vape equipment. The friend that introduced me and my gf to vaping did so with eGo style equipment. She kept using that while I jumped both feet first into the search for the best equipment. She's perfectly happy with her eGo stuff and I'm delighted...
Well the 18650 are better suited for low resistance vaping. Like I said before even with good quality 18350 you still want to stay at or above 1 ohm. If you already prefer vaping > 1ohm then the bigger batteries are just going to give you more run time between charges.
Also, 24g wire is...
Well yeah you could figure the c rating but I think 1200mah is a big exaggeration.
I agree with 30+, get better batteries. Batteries are one thing you don't want to skimp on.
I'm still using AW IMR batteries I bought from RTDVapor a year ago.
What brand batteries? Not all batteries are created equal. Do you know the C-Rating of the batteries you bought?
If they are good batteries (AW IMR for example) you're going to want to stay at or above 1ohm
Welcome aboard, brother! I quit smoking almost immediately after I tried vaping in February of last year. It still amazes me how easy the transition was.
I've been vaping 50/50 12mg Teaberry for over 6 months now. It's lovely and very easy on the coils and wicks. I discovered it on Mount Baker but have since started mixing it myself. It costs me about 3.5 cents per ml and between mixing my own and rebuilding my own coils I spend less than a...
My story is similar to yours. I was a 15 year pack a day smoker. Sort of wanted to quit for health reasons but I really enjoyed smoking. Got some cheap vaping gear just to see what the fuss was about. One week later I was a non smoker and have been for over a year.
Congrats on breaking free...
Two weeks for me. Went from about 25 cigs a day to zero in just under two weeks. It was gradual and effortless. I went into it without expectations or a plan only because after so many failed attempts I didn't want to get my hopes up or put too much pressure on myself.
It was like magic.
I'm not anti B&M but I am anti "my local" B&M. I was sooooo excited to see a vape shop open up less than a mile from me. Walked in about a week after they opened and quickly realized they know very little about vaping and clearly entered the market for one reason: to cash in. No big deal, that's...
I filled out the form but I'm not convinced this is legit. Seems like a contact info phishing expedition. I did not give them any legit contact info.
One of the questions is "how often do you smoke ecigs".. There is not a "never" option. Anyone that uses ecigs never smokes them....
