MadVapes carries several different types of connectors, as does KidneyPuncher, High Desert Vapes, and Avid Vapers(sp?) just to name a few. I doubt anyone makes pre-fab RDA posts. There's a thread in the modding section about connector sizes, taps, threading, etc.

IIRC, these caps are spring loaded, but it's the bottom pin, not the one that counts. They're made to screw into an existing 510 connection; the bottom (spring loaded) pin ensures connection with the host, but does not do anything on the atty side.

Have you cleaned all of the contacts? Do you have more than one battery and one charger?

If it were me, and I really thought vaping was the cause, the first thing I'd try is changing out the liquid. Second thing I'd try is changing out the atomizer / cartomizer / clearomizer. If either one of those two options eliminates the problem, wonderful. If neither one of those things...

Does this happen with all devices & juices, or just the one? Do you have other gear and liquids you can test?
